The development of leadership has a long history of service and support by the Office of the Governor General. Working with partners, the Rideau Hall Foundation aims to build and celebrate excellence in Canadian leadership, and increase public awareness about and commitment to Canada’s multi-faceted democracy. The RHF will work towards higher levels of Canadian democratic literacy – including our history, orders of government, and Northern and Indigenous governance – particularly among young people.
